We strive to provide a fun, low stress environment for our dogs to learn in. We believe training should be enjoyable for both dog and human through reward based training methods.

Being an athlete, she knows the importance of keeping ourselves healthy with fitness and exercise. She decided to further her knowledge in both fitness and dogs by completing the Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach course through the NC State University of Veterinary Medicine in 2023

As humans, we are all very aware of the importance of health and exercise for keeping our muscles strong, maintaining good posture, and enjoying proper joint mobility as possible. This is also extremely important for our canine companions!
We all want what is best for our pets. A pain-free and happy life is the life we want for them! Canine fitness decreases the risk of injury, joint restrictions, abnormal mobility and improves the overall well-being of our animals! Establishing and maintaining an effective exercise regiment is challenging for everyone. It can be difficult to know how to start. By introducing specific exercise patterns, we can support your pets on their journey to their best selves.
